Welcome to ISoRIS'14

ISoRIS'14 is an academic based symposium with theme "Innovative Solutions Towards Sustainability ". This symposium will provide a platform for researchers from in and outside the country to strengthen and sustain a culture of innovative and high impact research. There are five research tracks and one industry track has been identified as the Sustainable Manufacturing, Responsive Manufacturing, Innovative Software System, Software Engineering, Industrial Community Development and Sustainability Practices in Industry.

Thus, this symposium will be a platform for Masters and PhD graduates to discuss their research with other researchers and specialists from other institutions of higher learning, research institutions and researchers from industry. In line with the commercialization year of Malaysia in 2014, the symposium will also provide a platform for participants to exhibit and demonstrate their innovative products to get feedback for product improvement and commercialization opportunities. All papers presented at this symposium will be published in special edition of the Int. Journal of Science, Lahore ( ISSN 1013-5316 ) which indexed ISI (Thomson Reuters).

Please take note on all ISoRIS'14 important dates as there will be no extend on any of the date stated.

 

  • Deadline for Full Paper Submission : 11 July 2014extended until 28.8.2014
  • Notification of Acceptance : 15 August 2014 , extended until 7.9.2014
  • Camera Ready : 13 September 2014
  • Simposium ISoRIS'14 : 15 to 16 October 2014

Call for Posters and Demos

 

A poster and demonstration session will be held during the ISORIS’14 programme. Researchers, industry representatives and students are invited to share and demonstrate their works progress, research demonstration and test beds, industry demonstration of new application or techniques, upcoming research challenges, future directions, and novel approaches. For students, particularly, this session provides valuable opportunities to interact with experts and receive valuable feedbacks for their on-going project.
